Job Title: Frontend Developer

Core Technology Stack : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+, React JS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages and applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React JS.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable ES6+ JavaScript code following modern best practices.
Build reusable React components and manage application state using hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useReducer) and/or Redux/Redux Toolkit.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization).
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and major mobile platforms.
Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with the frontend using Axios or Fetch API.
Collaborate with backend developers to define API contracts and data structures.
Maintain and improve existing codebases, refactor legacy code, and improve code quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
2/3 years of professional frontend development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong command of ES6+ features: arrow functions, destructuring, modules, Promises, async/await, and optional chaining.
Proficiency in React JS including hooks (useState, useEffect, useRef, custom hooks) and component architecture.
Experience with CSS layout techniques — Flexbox and CSS Grid — and responsive/mobile-first design using media queries.
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS) and/or utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flow in React applications.
Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of web performance best practices, browser DevTools, and cross-browser compatibility.
