Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role based at Sayaji Hotels in Vadodara. The Front Office Executive will manage reception operations, including welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, and responding to guest queries in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves coordinating room assignments, managing reservations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and internal departments such as housekeeping and food & beverage. Daily responsibilities also include managing phone calls and emails, handling payments, addressing guest feedback, and upholding brand standards of service and presentation in the front office area. The Front Office Executive will contribute to a seamless guest experience by proactively assisting guests and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and front office skills, including experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest relations is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management or reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operations.
