Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Front Office Executive within the hotel industry. The Front Office Executive will handle receptionist duties, manage day-to-day front office operations, assist guests with inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include overseeing check-ins and check-outs, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including telephone handling and scheduling
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and handling client inquiries
- Knowledge of Front Office operations and proficiency in managing guest check-in/check-out processes
- Attention to detail with efficient multitasking and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Salary Is Upto 30K
