Founder's Office Associate ( Early Career Role )

Hey — I’m Himabhishek, founder at URU Farms 👋🏼

This role is for people early in their career who want to learn fast, take ownership, and build something real from the ground up.

If you’re looking for a structured 9–5 job, this is not for you.

If you’re looking to:

• understand how a real business is built end-to-end

• meet people across food, wellness, and startup ecosystems

• and take ownership early

You’ll enjoy this.

We’re an origin-first farm-to-table brand, building everything from the ground up — starting at the farm.

We grow what we sell.

But more importantly, we’re building a full-stack food ecosystem around our produce.

Our core includes:

• A2 Bilona Ghee

• Naturally grown staples (Wheat, Peanuts, Jowar, Sesame, Channa, Corn, etc.)

Beyond that, we are building:

• An organic retail store

• A Telugu cuisine dessert brand (experience center in Hyderabad)

• A physical cafe using our own ingredients

We take products from farm to final experience:

• Wheat → Flour → Bread

• Peanuts → Peanut Butter

• Milk → Paneer

And then serve:

• Fresh breads

• Paneer-based sandwiches

• Peanut-based products

All made using our own produce.

We are building across:

• D2C (Direct to Consumer)

• B2B (cafes, brands, partners)

• Offline (store + cafe experience)

• Online platforms like Swiggy

👉 We’re not just a product brand.

We’re building a farm-to-consumer ecosystem.

This is not a fixed role.

You’ll work with me on whatever is most important that week.

That could include:

• Reaching out to cafes, sweet shops, and brands for collaborations

• Helping set up flea markets, store activations, or cafe launches

• Talking to influencers, communities, and potential partners

• Visiting gyms, organic stores, and wellness spaces

• Supporting execution of new product → experience ideas

• Attending events and starting conversations

👉 You won’t be given step-by-step instructions

👉 You’ll figure things out and execute

You’ll also support content and design when needed:

• Posting and scheduling Instagram content

• Writing simple captions, handling comments & DMs

• Creating basic creatives using Canva

• Designing quick posters for events/collaborations

• Supporting urgent content needs

👉 This is support work, not the main role

In 3–6 months, you’ll understand:

• How farm-to-consumer brands are built

• How partnerships and collaborations work

• How offline + online ecosystems connect

• How products become experiences

• How to turn ideas into execution

This is real business exposure, not theory.

You don’t need heavy experience.

You do need:

• Curiosity and willingness to learn

• Energy to go out, meet people, and try things

• Comfort with talking to new people

• Ability to follow up and stay organized

• Ownership mindset

Bonus if you:

• Have basic Instagram / Canva skills

• Care about food, farming, or wellness

• Enjoy on-ground work

Don’t apply if you:

• Prefer only desk work

Not related to Hyderabad

You’ll start by:

• Building a list of potential partners

• Supporting 1–2 on-ground activations (events/store/cafe)

• Reaching out to brands and communities

• Assisting in launching small collaborations

• Helping track and organize execution

If you perform well, this can evolve into:

• Partnerships & Collaborations Lead

• Community & Brand Lead

• Founder’s Office (Core Team)

This role can grow very fast.
