Role Description

The Booker Coordination – Healthcare Staffing (Night Shift) role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include coordinating with clients and healthcare professionals to manage staffing schedules, handling inquiries, and ensuring that appropriate resources are assigned to fulfill staffing requirements.

As a Healthcare Shift Booker – Night Shift, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating staffing requirements for UK-based healthcare clients. Your primary role will be to ensure that all shifts are filled efficiently by connecting with available healthcare professionals and aligning them with client needs.

You will act as a key link between candidates and clients, handling shift bookings, last-minute requirements, and maintaining smooth communication throughout the process. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in verbal and written English
• Experience in client coordination and scheduling, especially in healthcare or a related field
• Familiarity with data entry and record management using digital tools and systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address scheduling and resource-related challenges
• Ability to work in a night shift and bring attention to detail in tasks
• Prior experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing coordination is a plus
• Proficiency in using software tools for communication and scheduling, such as Excel, CRM systems, or relevant applications
