Job Title: Office Executive
Location: Shraddha Children's Academy, OMR, Padur, Chennai 603103
Reports To: Admin Manager / Principal
Job Summary:
The Office Executive is responsible for managing front office operations, administrative coordination, and supporting day-to-day school functioning. The role ensures smooth communication between parents, staff, and management while maintaining professional office standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Office Management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries from parents and visitors.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, school policies, and general queries.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry protocols.
2. Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day administrative activities of the school office.
- Maintain student records, staff data, and official documentation.
- Support the admission process including form issuance, collection, and follow-up.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events.
- Draft and circulate notices, circulars, and official communications.
4. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain files, registers, and digital records in an organized manner.
- Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information.
- Handle correspondence and maintain inward/outward registers.
5. Fee & Basic Accounts Support
- Assist parents with fee-related queries.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for fee records and receipts.
6. Support to School Operations
- Assist during school events, inspections, and audits.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and training sessions.
- Support transport and other administrative departments when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in a school or administrative role.
- Good communication skills in English and regional language (Tamil preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems (e.g., greytHR or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.

Working Conditions:
- 6 days working (as per school policy)
- School working hours with flexibility during events/admissions season
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
