Front Office Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day front office activities, including overseeing receptionist duties, greeting and assisting visitors, managing inquiries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. The individual will also support customer service functions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure efficient communication within the organization.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with visitors, team members, and clients
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing phone calls and maintaining front office organization
• Excellent Communication skills for professional and clear verbal and written interactions
• Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure a positive experience
• Knowledge and experience in Front Office operations to manage everyday activities seamlessly
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic administrative tools
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is an advantage
