Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, based in Chennai. The Front Office Executive will oversee daily front-office operations, manage receptionist duties, ensure excellent customer service, and act as a point of contact for visitors and clients. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing schedules, and performing administrative tasks to support the office operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0-5 Years Required
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication ability.
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management, including handling inquiries, managing appointments, HR activities and organizing records.
• Proficiency in basic office software.
• Experience in a similar front office or administrative role is an added advantage.
