Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator, located in Srinagar. The responsibilities include attending and allocating new queries/clients to the relevant teams. End to end customer handling. Receiving, handling and allocating clients to relevant teams. Managing the front desk and handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Additional tasks include scheduling appointments, overseeing office administration, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the smooth daily operation of the front office. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, Customer handling and Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendars
- Experience in Office Administration, including organization and documentation
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a professional and polite demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment effectively
- Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as MS Office
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelors in commerce + any additional certifications in office management or customer service are an advantage.
