Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in React and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) to design and deliver high-quality, scalable user interfaces. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with prior banking or financial services experience, capable of driving front-end architecture and setting engineering best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Define front-end architecture, UI standards, and performance best practices for enterprise-grade applications.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, UX, security, and cloud teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Drive projects from concept and architectural design through production deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, accessibility, performance, and security, particularly in regulated financial environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across front-end initiatives.
• Integrate front-end applications with cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Git-based version control systems.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in React and modern front-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
