Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai
Working Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: Rs. 20000 – Rs 30000
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred)
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or aesthetic centre is an advantage

Position Summary
The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and organised front-office experience. The role involves patient coordination, appointment management, billing support, and administrative assistance while maintaining confidentiality and clinic standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Handling & Front Office Operations
- Greet patients courteously and manage walk-ins and appointments
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate doctor appointments
- Maintain patient flow to minimise waiting time
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and basic counselling in a polite manner
Communication & Coordination
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
- Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and patients
- Follow up with patients for appointments, procedures, and post-visit communication
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain front desk registers, appointment logs, and daily reports
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the reception area
- Support inventory tracking for front-office supplies
- Coordinate with the accounts team for daily cash and digital payment reconciliation
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Polite, patient-centric, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing or clinic software)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Patient satisfaction and front-desk experience
- Accuracy in appointment scheduling and billing
- Timely handling of calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Cleanliness and organisation of front office
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
