We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive who can create an exceptional first impression while ensuring a seamless member experience.
Job Summary
As the Front Desk Executive, you will be the face of BeatBox Fitness. You will welcome members and visitors, manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, support membership sales, coordinate appointments, and ensure every member enjoys a premium customer experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Manage daily front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Assist prospective members with membership plans, studio tours, and enrollment.
- Schedule fitness assessments, personal training sessions, and appointments.
- Maintain member records, attendance, and billing information.
- Process memberships, renewals, and payments accurately.
- Coordinate with fitness trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support promotional events, marketing activities, and member engagement initiatives.
- Achieve membership conversion and customer service targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in interacting with members and handling inquiries.
- Good sales and upselling skills for memberships and fitness services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, Billing Software).
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, or Fitness Industry.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality.
✔ Comfortable handling walk-in customers and membership inquiries.
✔ Willing to work from our Hyderabad studio.
