Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our institute. This role involves handling student coordination, managing inquiries, supporting admissions, and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for students and visitors
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Coordinate with students regarding batch schedules, timings, and updates
- Manage student registrations, admissions, and documentation
- Follow up with leads and prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and databases
- Assist in planning and organizing batches and class schedules
- Coordinate with trainers/faculty for smooth batch execution
- Ensure proper communication of announcements, changes, and updates to students
- Handle basic administrative tasks and office coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly, presentable, and professional attitude
- Prior experience in education institute / front desk / admin role is a plus

- Target-oriented mindset (for admissions follow-ups)
Working Hours:
- Full-time (timings can be flexible based on batches)
