We are expanding our engineering team in India and hiring a Front‑End Engineer to build clean, modern, scalable UI experiences that power our internal workflows, partner‑facing interfaces, and GTM automation systems.

This is a high‑impact role working directly with the Founder and our backend engineering team.

🔹 What You Will Own

1️⃣ Front‑End Architecture & Development

• Build responsive, modern UI using React + TypeScript
• Develop dashboards, forms, multi‑step workflows, and partner intake screens
• Integrate UI components with AWS backend APIs (API Gateway, Lambda)
• Implement clean UX for workflow outputs, readiness scoring, and internal tools
• Ensure UI performance, accessibility, and reliability

2️⃣ AWS‑Integrated Front‑End

• Implement authentication flows using AWS Cognito
• Deploy front‑end applications via S3 + CloudFront
• Integrate securely with serverless backend services
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to align UI with API contracts

3️⃣ Collaboration & Delivery

• Work directly with the Founder and backend engineer
• Translate business workflows into intuitive UI experiences
• Provide proactive communication, clarity, and rapid iteration
• Maintain clean documentation and reusable UI component libraries

4️⃣ Quality, Testing & Optimization

• Write clean, maintainable, well‑structured code
• Implement front‑end testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure seamless user experience across devices and browsers

🔹 Required Qualifications

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• 3–6 years of front‑end engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js (preferred)
• Experience building dashboards, forms, and workflow‑driven UI
• Experience integrating front‑end apps with AWS backend APIs
• Experience with Cognito, S3, CloudFront, and serverless patterns
• Strong understanding of component architecture and state management
• Experience with Tailwind, Chakra, or similar UI frameworks

AWS Certification (Mandatory)

Candidates must hold at least one AWS certification:

• AWS Cloud Practitioner (minimum requirement)
• AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate (preferred)

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience working with agent‑powered or AI‑driven workflows
• Familiarity with graph‑based data visualization
• Experience building enterprise SaaS UI
• Experience collaborating with backend engineers in a serverless environment
