Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker in International Logistics, based in Noida. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the end-to-end freight brokerage process, including engaging with clients, managing accounts, dispatching shipments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The individual will also liaise with international stakeholders and coordinate logistics activities for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes, with an understanding of international logistics
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management to maintain and build client relationships
• Experience in Dispatching and shipment tracking to ensure timely deliveries
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in the logistics or freight industry is a plus
• Proficiency in tools and software related to logistics and brokerage management is advantageous
