Our client is a leading energy solutions company specializing in batteries, inverters, UPS systems, and power backup products, serving customers across domestic and international markets is looking for a Service Executive- Support.


Key responsibilities :

  • Conduct regular service update calls with partners
  • Manage and track complaints through JIRA/CRM tools
  • Ensure SLA adherence, timely closures, and RCA tracking
  • Act as SPOC for partner escalations
  • Manage battery claims and settlement coordination
  • Track MAT % and performance metrics
  • Generate monthly reports (Battery Plant / export markets)
  • Track complaint trends, and service performance
  • Manage Spare Masters updates (Lithium, HF, UPS)
  • Support SKD segregation (e.g., Nepal) and regional requirements
  • Assist in spare planning and availability
  • Coordinate with Chinese suppliers for technical clarifications, failure investigations, and PIP (product Improvement Plan)
  • Prepare service escalation reports (logs, photos, serial numbers, usage data).
  • Track supplier response and follow-up until closure.


Skills Required

  • Technical understanding (inverters/batteries preferred)
  • Strong coordination & communication
  • Basic Excel & CRM/JIRA familiarity
  • Problem-solving & ownership mindset
