Job Summary

We are seeking high-caliber, Oracle Certified Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals to join our elite training panel. The ideal candidate is a practitioner first—someone who has navigated the complexities of large-scale digital transformations and can translate that "real-world" grit into actionable learning for our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Lead comprehensive training sessions across the Oracle Fusion SCM suite (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, etc.).
• Hands-on Lab Mentorship: Guide students through real-time instance configuration and troubleshooting.
• Case Study Integration: Use your implementation experience to create "Day in the Life" scenarios and business-case walkthroughs.
• Certification Prep: Prepare students for Oracle Cloud SCM Certification exams by focusing on high-weightage topics and mock assessments.
• Content Updates: Ensure training materials reflect the latest quarterly Oracle Cloud updates (e.g., 25D, 26A).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of total IT experience, with a heavy focus on Oracle SCM (E-Business Suite and Fusion).
• Implementation Track Record: Must have completed at least 3 full-lifecycle (End-to-End) implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
• Certification: Mandatory Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Professional Certification.
• Technical Breadth: Proficiency in end to end functional configuration of core SCM modules.
• Communication: Exceptional English verbal skills; ability to simplify complex architectural concepts for both beginners and lateral learners.
