Role Description The Freelance Lead Generation Executive role is a contract, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective learners through online research, social media, professional networks, and education-focused platforms. The executive will manage lead databases, track outreach activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Typical responsibilities include contacting potential learners via phone, email, and messaging, sharing program information, and scheduling follow-up interactions or demos for the sales or counseling team. The role also includes collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation goals, reporting on lead performance, and continuously optimizing outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting, including online research, social media outreach, and use of CRM or lead management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct clear, professional phone and email conversations and build rapport with prospective learners.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as landing pages, campaigns, and funnels, to support coordinated lead generation efforts.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in tracking leads, updating databases, and meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting to monitor lead quality, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with the online education or EdTech sector is an advantage, especially in areas like Data Science, AI, Cloud Computing, or Cybersecurity.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or demonstrable experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.
