We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to drive the expansion of Bachpan Play School across assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in franchise sales, business development, and partner acquisition, with a passion for growing a leading preschool brand.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new franchise leads through various channels.
  • Drive end-to-end franchise sales, from lead generation to franchise agreement closure.
  • Conduct presentations and explain the Bachpan Play School franchise model to prospective investors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, business events, and franchise expos.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in franchise sales, franchise development, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the education or preschool industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Travel Requirement
  • Open to extensive travel across assigned territories for franchise meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
