Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Executive, located in Haveli. The Franchise Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential franchisees, conducting market research, analyzing data to identify expansion opportunities, and managing the franchise recruitment process. The role includes developing strategic business plans, building strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees, providing ongoing support and training, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaboration with internal teams and regular reporting on franchise performance are also key components of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess potential markets, evaluate business opportunities, and analyze performance metrics
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with franchisees, conducting negotiations, and presenting business proposals
• Proficiency in Business Planning to develop strategies for market expansion and franchise growth
• Experience in Project Management for orchestrating franchise launches and managing related timelines
• Proven Sales ability to identify leads, close deals, and support franchise partners in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
