Seeking a FP&A Analyst to Power Milk Procurement & Business Insights

Location: Bengaluru, India

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring sustainable milk supply, effective asset management, and insightful financial reporting for the Hugoton Business Unit. Key responsibilities include tracking milk supply requirements, validating quality and lab data, supporting procurement with supplier business cases, and reporting mix/price variances. The position also manages Capex spend, supports PO creation, and oversees asset capitalisation. In FP&A, the role contributes to full P&L reporting, monthly results presentations, and delivering insights, risks, opportunities, and outlooks for the business.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

Exposure to supply chain & milk procurement insights, including monitoring supply needs, validating QA/lab data, and supporting supplier evaluations and milk swap accounting.

Experience with asset & Capex processes, including project spend tracking, PO coordination, and accurate asset capitalization.

Strong financial analysis capabilities, supporting P&L reporting, monthly results reviews, variance analysis, and business performance insights.

Effective cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to enable informed decisions and operational efficiency.
