Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst who will be a key member of the Data Delivery Team, responsible for providing data-driven financial insights that support strategic decision-making for clients. The role goes beyond traditional reporting and focuses on forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic modeling to help leadership understand business performance and underlying driver

Key Responsibilities

Financial Forecasting

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts in collaboration with the data science team.
Support budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
Monitor financial trends and update forecasts based on business changes.

Variance Analysis

Analyze differences between forecasted and actual financial and operational KPIs.
Identify key drivers behind variances.
Highlight risks, opportunities, and performance trends to client management.

Financial Modeling

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
Support what-if analysis, capital allocation decisions, and new business initiatives.
Develop models to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

Reporting & Insights

Prepare CXO-ready monthly reporting packages summarizing key business metrics.
Design dashboards and reports highlighting KPIs, performance trends, and insights.
Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in FP&A
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CMA or MBA(Finance) will be an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory) including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex nested formulas.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI or other data analytics tools will be an added advantage.
Experience working with large datasets and financial models.
Strong communication skills—the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
Ability to work in U.S time zones
