Founding Tech Lead ? Full Stack Developer Location - Gurugram Your Mission As our Founding Tech Lead, you?ll architect, build, and scale our product from scratch - mobile, web, backend, and infra. You?ll work directly with the founders to turn vision into world-class technology and shape the DNA of our engineering culture. What You?ll Do ? Build and scale full-stack applications (mobile + web). ? Own architecture, deployment, and iteration cycles end-to-end. ? Set up cloud infra, CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability systems. ? Drive key tech decisions on stack, tools, and frameworks. ? Collaborate with design and product to ship fast and learn faster. ? Hire and mentor the early engineering team. You?re a Fit If You Have ? 3?6 yrs of full-stack experience in fast-paced environments. ? Expertise in mobile (React Native / Flutter / Swift / Kotlin). ? Strong command of frontend (React / Next.js / Vue) & backend (Node.js / Python / Go). ? Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD, APIs, microservices, SQL & NoSQL. ? A hacker?s mindset: speed, ownership, and problem-solving under pressure. Bonus: e-commerce / D2C experience, Docker/Kubernetes, analytics, or early-stage startup exposure. What You?ll Get ?
