Role Overview
This role works directly with the Founder and acts as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and execution. You’ll help translate strategy into action, ensure priorities are clear, and make sure work actually gets done—on time and at quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder Support & Client Management
- Attend client meetings with the founder, take clear action-oriented notes
- Convert discussions into priorities, tasks, and timelines
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure execution
- Act as the point of contact when the founder is in back-to-back meetings
2. Project & Priority Management
- Track deliverables across paid media, creatives, analytics, CRO, tech, etc.
- Ensure client priorities are understood and executed correctly
- Coordinate between performance, creative, and tech teams
- Escalate risks, delays, or quality issues early
3. Data, Reporting & Analysis
- Review ad account dashboards, Shopify data, and basic analytics
- Prepare weekly/monthly client reports and internal review decks
- Identify key insights (what’s working, what’s not, what to test next)
- Support strategy discussions with data-backed inputs
4. Strategy & Growth Support
- Assist in building growth plans, experiments, and roadmaps for D2C brands
- Help document SOPs, frameworks, and internal processes
- Support new client onboarding and audits
Required Skills & Background
Must-Have
- Experience working with D2C / e-commerce brands (agency or in-house)
- Understanding of:
- Meta & Google Ads basics
- Shopify / e-commerce funnels
- Creatives & CRO fundamentals
- Strong data sense (can read dashboards, not just copy numbers)
- Excellent presentation & documentation skills (PPT / Google Slides)
- Clear communication and follow-up skills
- High ownership mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced agency
- Hands-on exposure to analytics tools (GA4, Meta, Shopify reports)
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp/SMS retention flows
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally
