Business Analyst / Founder's Office — Full-Time Role


Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid) Compensation: ₹3 LPA Experience: 0–1 years

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building partnerships with new investors
  • Assisting analysts in day-to-day tasks
  • Working on live deals
  • Being part of real meetings with founders & investors
Eligibility Criteria
  • Only candidates with 0–1 years of experience are eligible to apply
  • Only candidates based in Delhi NCR will be shortlisted for further rounds
  • This is a hybrid role — candidates should be able to work from the office as needed
Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Maintain and monitor timelines for project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Track the status of ongoing projects and provide regular updates to founders
  • Identify and flag potential delays or roadblocks in project execution

Research & Development

  • Collaborate with the pitch deck team to conduct market research and gather insights for new projects
  • Assist in developing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client deliverables

Deal Acquisition

  • Work directly with founders on deal acquisition strategies and execution
  • Support founders in preparing for client meetings, pitches, investor connections, and negotiations

Operational Support

  • Coordinate across teams to streamline communication and ensure smooth project workflows
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business materials
Requirements
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university/school in India or abroad
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate technical, financial, and value points clearly
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies
  • Data-driven, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellence in email communication and business writing
