About SwiftBL

Global trade moves $33 trillion in goods every year. The infrastructure that runs it hasn't changed in decades — documents are still created in Word, sent over WhatsApp, and corrected over email. One misspelled name can hold a $40,000 shipment at port for 11 days.

SwiftBL is building the operating system for global trade documents — a multi-party shared workspace where exporters, freight forwarders, and importers work off one master file. AI catches errors before they ship. Every PDF is tamper-proof and MLETR-aligned, legally admissible across 17 countries.

We are not building features. We are building infrastructure.

The Role

This is a Founder's Office role.

You work directly with the CEO across sales, customer experience, operations, and GTM. You are not joining a function — you are helping build the company from 0 → 1.



What You'll Own



Sales & Growth

  • Identify and engage freight forwarders across India, UAE, Singapore, and beyond
  • Run outbound across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and cold calls
  • Push every conversation toward a booked demo
  • Maintain a clean, daily-updated pipeline in HubSpot

Customer Experience

  • Onboard early customers onto SwiftBL
  • Ensure their first shipments run cleanly
  • Turn user feedback into actionable product improvements

Operations

  • Build the systems for onboarding, activation, and support
  • Coordinate across stakeholders so things actually ship

GTM & Strategy

  • Test outbound messaging weekly — iterate based on what works
  • Co-author our early sales and growth playbooks
  • Contribute to strategic decisions on positioning and ICP

Build 0 → 1

  • Solve unstructured problems end-to-end
  • Operate as an extension of the founder

  • Exceptional clarity in thinking and writing
  • High agency — you don't wait for instructions, you act
  • Execution speed > polish
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Willing to do unsexy work — cold outreach, follow-ups, persistence
  • Deep interest in startups, sales, and global trade

Compensation

  • Base: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month
  • Performance bonus + ESOPs: discussed at offer stage
