About the job LH2Holdings is an AI Operating System to scale digital content brands and creators. We buy or partner with great digital content brands (web platforms, YouTube channels, apps, podcasts, newsletters, etc) and scale them. LH2 is being built by second-time founders, who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users in their previous ventures. Our vision is to enable digital creators to scale as easily as large conglomerates do. We?re hiring an AI-first B2B Marketing Manager . This isn?t just a marketing role it?s part growth , part founder?s office , and part workflow architect . You?ll build inbound marketing systems that run on AI agents, N8N workflows, and automation , while also getting exposure to million-dollar deals, IPO planning, and the nuts-and-bolts of scaling a high-growth company. You Are A B2B marketer with 2?4 years of experience in SaaS, Services, or consulting. A workflow builder : you know N8N (or similar automation platforms), can script in Google Apps Script, and can stitch tools together into seamless pipelines. Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Perplexity, HubSpot AI, Zapier/Make) and excited to experiment with new ones every week. Hands-on and versatile - you can write copy, debug a workflow, design a dashboard, and support a sales deck all in the same week. Graduate from a Tier-1 undergrad college (IITs, BITS, NITs, SRCC, Stephens, etc.); MBA not required. You Will Build AI + automation workflows : N8N and Apps Script automations for LinkedIn, email, CRM, and reporting. Intelligent research and outreach agents that replace manual work. Analytics dashboards connecting GA4, GSC, HubSpot, and revenue data. Lead inbound marketing : case studies, reports, newsletters, landing pages, and PR placements. Partner with sales to build AI-assisted collateral (pitch decks, ROI calculators, content workflows). Support leadership in founder?s office projects - from sales collaterals to IPO budgeting. Be on the front lines of launching a category-defining product to the world. You have 2?4 years in B2B marketing or growth. Proven ability to create N8N (or similar) workflows and automate processes end-to-end. Hands-on experience with Apps Script, Zapier/Make, or other automation stacks. Strong grasp of B2B marketing fundamentals (content, inbound funnels, campaigns). Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action - you thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments. Why this role Join a team that has closed million-dollar deals .
