We create supplements tailored to individual body types, lifestyles, and goals, and support customers through consistency, behavioral guidance, and long-term care. At Ollin, nutrition is not just a product — it’s a guided, evolving system.

Role Overview

If you’re someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, building systems from scratch, and moving quickly, this role is for you.

You will work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, product, and growth. The role is designed for someone who thrives in high ownership environments and wants to understand how a company is built from zero to one.

You will help drive critical projects, solve operational problems, and contribute to decisions that shape Ollin’s trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives
• Drive cross-functional projects across product, operations, growth, and partnerships
• Conduct deep research on the nutrition, health, and wellness ecosystem
• Help design and implement internal processes and operating systems
• Support the founders in the product growth and strategy 
• Work with external partners, vendors, and early customers when needed
