Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at OPCH Lucknow. The RMO will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting in surgeries, collaborating with physicians, and contributing to the smooth functioning of healthcare services. The role includes participating in routine rounds, addressing patient needs, and engaging in training initiatives to support continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care, with a strong focus on diagnosing and treating various health conditions effectively
• Experience in Surgery and assisting healthcare teams during medical procedures
• Skills in collaborating with Physicians and medical teams to provide comprehensive care
• Commitment to Training and professional development to stay updated on advancements in medical practices
• Holders of an MBBS degree with valid registration from the Medical Council of India or equivalent
• Ability to build rapport with patients and work under pressure in a hospital setting
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
