About Us Unpod.ai is a Voice AI platform designed to automate complex and mundane tasks for organisations. We provide in-house AI assistants (Pilots) to efficiently handle routine tasks at a faster pace, along with support for both open and closed LLM models such as GPT4/5, Claude, Gemini, Mixtral, and LLAMA. We are seeking a highly analytical, customer-focused AI/Context Engineer to shape AI-driven voice products, transforming India's tech landscape. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging customer insights and data analytics to enhance user experiences and drive product growth. About the Role We?re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (Fresher) who?s passionate about AI, ML, and voice technology. This is a client-centric role where you?ll act as the bridge between engineering teams and clients, ensuring the successful deployment and smooth implementation of Unpod.AI?s solutions. You?ll work closely with our AI and infrastructure teams to deploy and customise real-time conversational AI systems, experiment with prompt engineering, and enhance AI voice orchestration experiences. Key Responsibilities: ? Act as the technical point of contact for client deployments and implementations. ? Understand client requirements, gather feedback, and communicate necessary changes to internal stakeholders. ? Ensure that all requested changes and updates are implemented accurately and within timelines. ? Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deploy AI-powered voice applications. ? Build and optimise machine learning pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks. ? Experiment with prompt engineering to improve contextual understanding in conversational AI. ? Integrate APIs and assist in real-time audio streaming, STT/TTS, and AI agent orchestration. ? Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously enhance deployed solutions for performance and reliability Required Skills: ? Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). ? Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. ? Basic knowledge of cloud services, APIs, or real-time data systems. ? Familiarity with STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) frameworks is a plus. ? Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or experience in related fields. ? Projects or internship experience involving AI/ML models, LLMs, or voice applications. ? Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Evaluation understanding are a must requirement. ? Familiarity with telephony protocols (SIP, WebRTC) is a bonus. Why Join Unpod.AI? ?
