Role Description

BLACKBULL CHAMBER is seeking a highly experienced FDI & International Project Finance Expert capable of structuring, sourcing, and closing large-scale overseas investments into India. The role demands deep expertise in cross-border capital flows, regulatory frameworks, and end-to-end deal execution across high-value sectors including technology, hospital acquisitions, land banking, and banking investments.


Key Responsibilities:
FDI Strategy & Execution:
Design and implement Foreign Direct Investment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and sector-specific opportunities.
International Fund Raising:
Source and secure capital from overseas investors including private equity funds, sovereign funds, institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
Project Structuring:
Develop robust financial models, investment structures, and risk-mitigated frameworks for:
Technology ventures
Hospital acquisitions and healthcare infrastructure
Land banking and real estate development
Banking and financial sector investments
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, SEBI, and international compliance standards for cross-border transactions.
Investor Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with global investors, advisors, and financial institutions.
Due Diligence & Deal Closure:
Lead end-to-end transaction lifecycle including due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and closure.
Strategic Advisory:
Provide insights on global investment trends, risk assessment, and capital structuring for high-value projects..


Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in:
FDI structuring
International project finance
Cross-border investments
Proven track record in raising overseas capital for large-scale projects.
Strong network with international investors and financial institutions.
In-depth knowledge of:
FEMA regulations
RBI guidelines
Cross-border taxation
Investment structuring
Experience across multiple sectors such as technology, healthcare, real estate, and banking is highly preferred.
