Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server located in Chennai at Pronto The coffee people. The Food Server will be responsible for assisting guests with menu selection, taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customers have a positive dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas. The role involves collaboration with other staff to deliver prompt and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
• Basic Cooking skills or knowledge of food handling and safety is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
