Position: Food & Beverage Operations Manager (Reporting to GM)

Company: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden

Property: Location: 5-star Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: Rs. 6.0 lacs p.a. base package + Rs.6.0 lacs p.a. performance-linked incentives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee food & beverage business of the hotel -- operations, financials, people & processes
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve F&B revenue goals and control operational expenses
3. Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring staff members deliver exceptional service
4. Maintain and enhance the hotel's reputation by ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and delivering personalized guest services
5. Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly, striving to exceed their expectations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience in the hotel industry with at least 5 years F&B leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen and proven ability to work within budgetary constraints
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management
• Dynamic, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
