Position: Food & Beverage Service Supervisor/ Captain

Company: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden

Location: 5-star Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: Rs. 1.80 to Rs. 2.10 lakhs per annum

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree/ diploma in hotel management

Experience: Min. 3 years in F&B service with good brand

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (essential) and Telugu (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Groom, train, mentor & manage F&B service team
• Greet and welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service
• Ensure F&B operations are managed smoothly, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and provide information about hotel services
• Ensure cleanliness is maintained in the outlets
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
