Role Description The Food & Beverage Service Faculty member will deliver classroom and practical instruction in food and beverage service, ensuring students gain strong operational and guest service skills. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, preparing training materials, supervising practical sessions in service areas, and assessing student performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. The faculty member will mentor students on professional behavior, grooming, and industry expectations, and support them in internships and placements. Additional tasks may include contributing to curriculum development, participating in academic meetings, and coordinating events or workshops. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nainital.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and
- Master's Degree with First Division in either Bachelor's or Master's qualification.
OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management with a minimum of 8 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience (for candidates without a Master's degree).
