Role Title Software Engineer (1?5 years) Location & Employment Type Full?time, on?site in Mumbai Role Description As a Software Engineer at Faze, you will join a fast?growing team and contribute across the entire product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross?functional teams to design and build new features Maintain and optimize existing web and mobile applications Debug issues, write clean, efficient, and well?tested code Contribute innovative ideas to improve performance, scalability, and user experience Participate in daily stand?ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies Support CI/CD pipelines and dev?ops tasks on AWS Key responsibilities Build and maintain Flutter apps (iOS + Android) using Dart and modern Flutter patterns. Translate product and design requirements into well-tested, maintainable code. Implement state management, navigation, and offline support as needed. Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and third-party SDKs. Ensure app performance, responsiveness and adherence to platform guidelines. Write unit/widget/integration tests; participate in code reviews and releases. Must-have skills Practical experience developing production apps in Flutter / Dart . Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimizations and platform differences. Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.). Knowledge of integrating REST/gRPC APIs, local storage and push notifications. Familiar with CI/CD for mobile builds, signing and release processes. Good debugging skills and test coverage mindset. Strong communication and collaborative approach. Nice-to-have Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) experience. Experience with animations, custom UI and platform channels. Familiarity with Firebase, analytics and crash reporting tools. Experience publishing to App Store / Play Store. Qualifications & experience Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 0?5 years building mobile apps with Flutter in production.
