SoftUp Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Flutter Mobile Application Developer to join our team in Pokhara. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Flutter development with 2–3 completed projects at an intermediate level. Candidates with additional knowledge of web development using React will be given preference.

This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in mobile and web development.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience with Flutter (minimum 2–3 projects at intermediate level).
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and UI design principles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in web development with React.
• Familiarity with Next.js or MERN stack.
• Understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX standards.
• Experience deploying applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
