You will be the primary technical focal point for the airlines in your portfolio for managing their fleets of CFM56 & LEAP turbofan engines. You will ensure the operational availability of the fleet by implementing client recommendations and an optimized maintenance policy, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the profitability of service contracts in line with contractual requirements. In this respect, your missions will include: Within a Customer Team, you will manage the technical support relationship for a client or a portfolio of clients in accordance with the contract. To do this, you will define actions or recommendations to keep the fleet in service and conduct technical reviews with the client. * You will analyze the in-service behavior of the fleet for your portfolio and develop/present technical summaries.
