Fleet Manager
Upscale Lawncare Inc.
Job Description
Fleet Manager
Run the shop. Keep the field moving. Build something better.
At Upscale Lawncare Inc., we do more than install landscapes and hardscapes. We build outdoor spaces we’re proud of, develop leaders from within, and create real career paths for people who want more than just another job.
We’re looking for a Fleet Manager to lead our shop, manage our fleet and equipment, and keep our field teams moving. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, solves problems before they become emergencies, and wants the freedom to improve systems and run the shop the right way.
This is not a sit-back management role. This is a working supervisor position for someone who can lead, organize, communicate, and still jump in when needed.
Why Upscale
At Upscale, this is not a dead-end shop role.
You’ll be part of a growing company with multiple service divisions, strong leadership, and real opportunity to make an impact. We believe in enhancing outdoor environments while growing people, and that shows up in how we hire, train, support, and trust our team.
Why people choose Upscale:
- Opportunity to build structure and improve how the fleet and shop operate
- Direct access to ownership and key operations leaders
- Strong team culture built on accountability, professionalism, service, and excellence
- A company that values safety, organization, communication, and doing things the right way
- Freedom to take initiative and run the shop the way you see best
- Year-round opportunity with a respected brand serving the Cincinnati region
If you want to be trusted, challenged, developed, and part of a company that is building something bigger, Upscale is the place.
