Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Flea Market Manager role based in Gurugram. The Flea Market Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing market events, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations. The role includes vendor acquisition, space allocation, contract management, and coordinating logistics to create a seamless marketplace experience. Additionally, the manager will develop marketing strategies to promote the events and attract customers, ensuring the marketplace's growth and profitability. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders will be key components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Management and Coordination Skills: Proficient in event planning, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive footfall and engagement in events.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of community engagement, market trends, and retail operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and systems related to event management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
