About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Officer to support our finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for a professional who is eager to grow in financial planning and contribute to informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances
• Support month-end and year-end financial planning activities
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial inputs and assumptions
• Support cost control initiatives and financial efficiency analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal financial policies
• Utilize financial systems and tools, including SAP, to support planning and reporting activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, FP&A, or a related finance role
• Arabic speaker is required (spoken and written); English proficiency is a must.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting concepts
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
