Position: Financial Planning Officer
Location: KSA – Jeddah

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Officer to support our finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for a professional who is eager to grow in financial planning and contribute to informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances
- Support month-end and year-end financial planning activities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial inputs and assumptions
- Support cost control initiatives and financial efficiency analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal financial policies
- Utilize financial systems and tools, including SAP, to support planning and reporting activities
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, FP&A, or a related finance role
- Arabic speaker is required (spoken and written); English proficiency is a must.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting concepts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
