💼 Role: Finance Operations Manager

🎯 Lead and manage end-to-end finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

📊 Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and data submission into the group consolidation system (Tagetik)

🤝 Partner with cross-functional teams, auditors, IT, and finance leadership to strengthen controls, improve processes, and drive operational excellence

🛠️ Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and scale finance operations

🔍 Oversee statutory compliance, audit management, internal controls, and risk mitigation across multiple entities including Norway, Denmark, Finland, and the UK

📈 Build and lead a high-performing SSC finance operations team in Bangalore, fostering accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement culture

✅ 8+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or shared services environment

✅ Strong expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, financial controls, audit management, and statutory compliance

✅ Proven experience leading SSC/shared services or centralized finance operations teams in a multi-entity environment

✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance tools; NetSuite exposure is an added advantage

✅ Strong process improvement, automation, and operational excellence mindset with ability to scale finance processes

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams

✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles, risk management, and internal control frameworks
