1. Accounts Payables

Manage all vendor, affiliate, and partner payouts accurately and on time.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and banking partners.
Monitor cash flow to optimize working capital and ensure smooth operations.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without affecting service quality.
Build scalable and automated systems for payables and expense reporting.
Compliances for Payments -Ensure statutory compliance for payables: GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, ROC.
Support international payment operations and adherence to regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and legal advisors for audits and compliance.
Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management
Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor daily cash positions and support the Head of Finance in fund management.
Ensure timely clearance of payments and effective coordination with banks.
Management MIS
Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate MIS and timely reporting.
Provide insights on expense trends to support operational decision-making.
Assist the Head of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Audits & Litigations
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and legal advisors for audits.
Support any finance-related litigations or statutory inquiries as needed.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the payables and finance operations team.
Implement automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure team adherence to deadlines, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Requirements

Highly driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage payables, bank reconciliation, and vendor relationships.
Reports to the Head of Finance and ensures timely payments, cash flow management, and compliance.
Focus on efficient financial operations in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Preferably from Affiliate Marketing, Digital, or Online Business industries.
