Finance Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and business finance support across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in month-end closures, variance analysis, receivables management, and fixed asset accounting, along with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilitie

• sLead the monthly review of ledgers and ensure timely and accurate closure of books of account
• sPerform detailed variance analysis and monitor expenses in collaboration with the Business Finance tea
• mReview accounts receivable aging and drive timely follow-up for collection
• sOversee property & equipment accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, reconciliation, and fixed asset trackin
• gEnsure compliance with statutory, tax, and financial regulations across various geographie
• sPrepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and management MIS report
• sStrengthen internal controls and recommend process improvements for accounting and reporting efficienc
• yCoordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders during audits and compliance review
• sSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities as require
• dMentor and guide junior finance team member

Requiremen

• tsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, along with a CA qualification, is mandator
• y.8–12 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or financial reporti
• ngStrong expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, and financial reconciliatio
• nsHands-on experience in variance analysis, expense monitoring, and accounts receivable manageme
