NetBounce Global LLP is looking for an experienced and result-driven 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our growing finance team. We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, management reporting, and high-level accounting functions.

🧾 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

📌 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Finance Manager

📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Vadodara (Minimum 2 days/week work from office mandatory)

🖥️ 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time

🕔 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

🔧 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Prepare and review multiple management reports for leadership and clients

• Manage high-level accounting, financial reporting, and month-end reporting tasks

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and internal reports

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights

• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies across finance operations

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams on reporting requirements

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 6–8 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting functions

• CA Dropout / CFA Dropout preferred

• Strong expertise in financial analysis and management reporting

• Excellent hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

⚠️ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗘𝗦:

• Candidate must be comfortable working in evening shift timings (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

• Minimum 2 days/week presence at our Vadodara office is mandatory

• Immediate or short notice joiners will be preferred
