Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth. This role will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage monthly and quarterly closing processes, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, monitor key financial metrics, and optimize resource allocation. Responsibilities also include coordinating with external auditors, managing banking relationships, improving internal controls, and contributing to financial process automation and scalability.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities, with experience managing cash flow and financial performance.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, management accounting, and analysis of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance, ideally within financial services or fintech.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets and financial modeling; experience with ERP or accounting software and data visualization tools is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across operations, product, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA is an advantage.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or banking environments, especially in high-growth or startup settings, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time basis, demonstrating integrity, attention to detail, and ownership of outcomes.
