ABOUT FONTANA HOTELS AND RESORTS LTD.

Fontana Hotels and Resorts Ltd is an upcoming integrated hospitality project in Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, comprising a hotel, sports center, and convention facility. We are currently in the pre-opening phase and are building our core leadership team.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounts function during the pre-opening and construction phase. The role carries a CFO designation for statutory and compliance purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management

•    Maintaining books of accounts and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations

•    Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements

•    Liaison with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

•    Preparation of financial statements and MIS reports for Board review

•    Monitoring project expenditure and cost control in coordination with the Project Manager

•    Supporting fundraising, shareholder transactions, and capital account management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

•    MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA or equivalent; CA qualification is not mandatory

•    Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounts

•    Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or construction finance preferred

•    Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

•    Strong knowledge of Kerala/Indian statutory compliance
