Job Description

Position: Valuation & Modeling Expert

Type: Part-time

Compensation: $140–$240 (based on seniority)

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Develop and refine advanced valuation models including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transaction analyses.
Build and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models, operating models, and cash flow forecasts to support investment decisions.
Design and operate deal models such as LBOs, merger models, and accretion/dilution analyses.
Build industry-specific models including sale-leaseback, REIT conversion, and NAV frameworks.
Support complex transaction modeling including spin-offs, carve-outs, RMTs, and IP licensing scenarios.
Conduct advanced due diligence including unit economics and cohort trend analysis.
Communicate analytical insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, growth equity, corporate development, or strategic finance at tier 1 firms or Fortune 500 companies.
Strong expertise in valuation methodologies and financial modeling fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in deal modeling including LBO, merger, and accretion/dilution analyses.
Experience handling complex transaction analysis and due diligence processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
