Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager with 10+ years of experience in reputed companies to lead financial planning, control, and decision support for management. This role requires strong ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to support the CEO with clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning

• Oversee costing, margin analysis, and profitability by business unit

• Support strategic and operational decision-making

• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance

• Handle international tax exposure where applicable

• Prepare management reports and dashboards for the CEO

• Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements

• Drive financial discipline across departments

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar leadership role

• Experience in reputed organizations is mandatory

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent

• MBA in Finance preferred

• Strong expertise in:
