Experience: Minimum 6 year of experience out of which atleast 3 years in the automotive industry

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Plant Finance to join our manufacturing plant in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will report to the head of plant finance and handle MIS, Trade receivables/trade payables, quarterly /bi annual raw material settlements with customers and vendors through working and issuance of debit/credit notes to customers and vendors as well as plant internal finance controls. Knowledge of Product Costing and Bill of Material.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIS: Prepare annual budget or the plant and then present budgeted vs actual monthly financial MIS for the plant with variance analysis
• Raw material retro period rate settlements: Quarterly /bi annual raw material settlements with customers and vendors through working and issuance of debit/credit notes to customers and vendors
• Department Visits & Case Updates: Attend department hearings for gst and pre GST cases as per scheduled dates. Provide hearing updates to the management team.
• Internal Plant Finance controls
• Account payables bills management and Timely reconciliations with vendors
• Accounts receivables management and Timely reconciliations with customer

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of cost accounting and P&L account
• Experience with SAP ERP
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlook up, pivot tables, etc)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to work across departments
